Expert advice via WhatsApp

All you have to do is photograph your collection or individual specimens with your smartphone and send them to us. Please 10 photos max! Our experts will then be in touch with you as soon as possible. This first feedback is not a full estimation. We will check if your material can fit in one of our auction. If you decide to submit your coins or stamps in our auction our experts do an detailed estimation with prices for each lot.

1. For us it is helpful in the beginning to know about the total volume of your collection. To begin with, please send us no more than 10 photos of your entire collection. Our experts will then let you know what else they would like to see. A photo of you entire collection can be a table full with albums or a view in a box full with coins. So our experts have an idea how big the collection is. It is also good to know if you have certificates.
   
   
2. Please do not send us individual photos of stamps or coins. If our experts would like to see a particular item in detail, they will let you know.
   
3. Please only send us photos and text. Audio messages cannot be listened to and calls cannot be taken via WhatsApp.
   
4. We will try to get back to you as quickly as possible and would ask you to be patient. As we offer this service in addition to our everyday business, there may be busy phases where it takes some time before you receive a response. However, we will get back to you – and that’s a promise!
   
   Important: This service only provides a non-binding estimation. The exact value of your material can only be determined by our experts examining it in person.
