Collection

If you have successfully bid for specific lots, you can pay for and collect them as soon as they have gone under the hammer. To do so, please inform our staff at reception so that they can get the items in question ready for you. It is also possible to collect your purchased lots in person in the weeks following the auction. In this case, please call us to arrange an appointment after you have received your invoice.

Invoice

Customers who regularly take part in auctions receive their items directly with an invoice. Each invoice becomes due for the full amount as soon as it is received.

Advance payment

Auction lots are only delivered to new customers if they have paid in advance. No exceptions will be made unless verifiable references have been given. Following the auction, you will receive an invoice by post and we will send the goods to you once payment has been received.

You will only be entitled to have the auction lots delivered once the invoiced amount has been paid in full. Any other forms of delivery must be authorised in writing by the auctioneer prior to each auction.
