Reaching for the telephone is the easiest way to get information quickly. Over the telephone, our stamp experts will answer all questions about your stamps or your collection. If you are interested, please feel free to call us. It is often possible to determine with an initial phone call whether it is worth your while coming in to our offices. All you have to do is describe briefly to our experts what material you have and how extensive your collection is. You will then receive expert advice right away – and free of charge.

Why not simply come along to our auction house in Düsseldorf with your stamps, letters or postcards? Needless to say, estimates and advice given in our offices are free of charge. Before coming, it is usually a good idea to make an appointment with a stamp expert – these can generally be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In this way, you can be sure that one of our stamp experts is free to meet you right away. Felzmann Auction House is located in the heart of Düsseldorf, not far from the Central Train Station. This means that you can reach us very easily with public transport. Further directions can be found here. If you are coming by car and have a lot of material to carry, our staff will be happy to help you unload them and take them into our offices. Boxes and roller boards are available if required.   

Send our stamp experts photos or scans of your stamps, letters or postcards in an e-mail. To do so, simply scan in the items or take a few photos of them with a digital camera. Following this, send the photos and/or scans as an attachment to the e-mail. We are usually able to respond to your e-mail within just a few hours. If you include your telephone number in the e-mail, we can call you back as soon as possible to provide you with expert advice.

Please be sure to contact our stamp experts before sending any material by post. This is firstly because it will allow us to assume the postage costs and insure the package or registered letter – and secondly because there are some questions that can be cleared up quickly beforehand on the telephone.

If you send us your stamps by post, we will examine and evaluate them and then contact you to arrange a follow-up meeting to advise you further. Our experts will provide you with a professional market assessment. On the telephone, we discuss with you whether the stamps can be included in an auction. We can store material for auctions directly in our offices. Of course, we can also return the material to you if preferred. 

If your stamp collection is particularly valuable or very extensive, there is always the option of arranging a house visit. Our stamp experts regularly travel around Germany and other European countries for this purpose. They will then arrange to come to your house and examine your material there. It is also possible to have to material transported to us with full insurance cover.

However, it is best to clarify by telephone beforehand whether a house visit is possible and, if so, when it should take place. Please feel free to call us to do so. You will receive advice during the first contact and then further information for a house visit. In this way, you can have the value of your complete personal or inherited collection determined by our experienced experts.
