Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for our company's processing operations is Art. 6 EU DSGVO.
Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO is the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose.
If the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, as is the case for example with processing operations which are necessary for the delivery of goods or the rendering of another service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b DSGVO. The same applies to such processing processes that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of enquiries about our products or services.
If our company is subject to a legal obligation which requires the processing of personal data, for example to fulfil tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c DSGVO.
Ultimately, processing operations could also be based on Art. 6 I lit. f DGVO. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail.

Information about cookies
You can prevent storage of cookies by choosing a "disable cookies" option in your browser settings. But this can limit the functionality of our Internet offers as a result.
Social plug-ins from Facebook (Like-Button)
We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognized by way of the Facebook logo or the supplement "Facebook Social Plug-in". For a full list of all social plugins please see https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins.
Web analysis with Google Analytics
You can prevent storage of cookies by appropriately setting your browser software; in this case, however, please note that you might not be able to fully use all functions offered by this website. In addition, you can prevent data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plug-in from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Further information on usage conditions and data protection can be found at the following sites: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html and https://myaccount.google.com/intro?hl=en.
We also use Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Adwords also sets a cookie on your computer ("conversion cookie") if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of ours and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our page. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain.
Use of Google AdSense
Our website uses Google AdSense, a service for embedding Google Inc. ("Google") advertising. Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons allow information such as visitor traffic to these pages to be evaluated.
The information created by cookies and web beacons concerning the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information can be passed on by Google to its contracting partners. However, Google will not link your IP address with other data stored about you.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly. However, we must advise you that in such a case you may not be able to fully utilize all functions of this website. By using this website, you declare your agreement to Google’s processing of the data recorded by Google about you in the previously described manner and for the previously stated purpose.
Use of Google AdWords
Use of Google+ Button
The plug-in "google+1″ (Google Plus) is integrated on our website. This is provided and operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (hereinafter: Google).
When you visit a website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers, which in turn transmits the content of the plug-in to your browser and integrates it into the displayed website. This forwards the information that you have visited our website to Google.
If you are logged in to Google Plus or Google through your personal account while you are visiting our site, Google may associate your web page visit with that account. By interacting with plug-ins, e.g. by clicking the button or leaving a comment, this information is transmitted directly to Google and stored there. If you wish to prevent such data transmission, you must log out of your Google Plus or Google account before visiting our website.
If you are a Google Plus member or have logged in to Google and do not want Google to collect information about you when you visit our website and link it to your membership information stored by Google, you must log out of Google Plus or Google before visiting our website.
Use and application of YouTube
We have integrated components from YouTube on our website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, music videos, trailers or videos produced by users themselves can be called up via the Internet portal.
YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/intl/en/yt/about/. In the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.
If the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.
YouTube and Google receive information via the YouTube component that the person concerned has visited our website whenever the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent the transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website.
Using Instagram Social Plugins
Our website uses so-called Social Plugins ("Plugins") from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plug-ins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an "Instagram camera". An overview of the Instagram plugins and their appearance can be found at: http://instagram.tumblr.com/post/36222022872/introducing-instagram-badges.
If you do not want Instagram to associate the information collected through our website directly with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the Instagram plugins from loading with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always meets the current requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration. The new data protection declaration will then apply for your next visit.
