Methods of payment


Our General Auction Conditions shall apply. Every auction invoice becomes due as soon as it is received. You will only be entitled to the purchased item(s) once the invoiced amount has been paid in full. Any other forms of delivery must be authorised in writing by the auctioneer prior to each auction.


Collection

Directly after the auction in Hotel Nikko (Immermannstrasse 41), your lot(s) can be paid for and collected at our premises (Immermannstrasse 51). In this case, we would ask you, when leaving the auction hall, to inform the reception staff that you would like to collect your items directly – this will reduce your waiting time. You can also collect your lots in the weeks after the auction; to do so, please make an appointment. When collecting the lots, you have the option of paying in cash, by cheque, by debit card (EC card) or by credit card (+4% surcharge for payment by credit card).


Advance payment


Auction lots will only be delivered to new or relatively new buyers when they have been paid for in advance. Following the auction, you will receive an invoice and we will hand over the items in person or forward them to you once payment has been received.


Invoice


Regular customers who frequently take part in our auctions and settle their invoices on time may be permitted to pay on open account. In this case, the invoiced amount is to be paid by bank transfer. However, no customers are automatically entitled to ‘regular customer’ status and/or the option of open account payment. If you have any other queries relating to ‘regular customer’ status or open account payment, we would be happy to be of assistance.
